Pioneer Genealogical Society provides limited research in Kay County as time permits. We are sorry, but we just do not have the resources to do in depth research. Record searches are $10 per individual search.  This includes either paper copies or emailed scans of whatever we find.  If an unusually large amount of research or copying is required, we will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding.  Please provide your address if you would like a paper copy.  There is no guarantee that every search will meet with the results you desire, but we will certaily do our best to look thoroughly.  For example, two obituary searches will be $20 regardless of whether we find one, both or neither.  For best results, please give us the most precise information you can.  You may send your payment to the Pioneer Genealogical Society at PO Box 1965, Ponca City, OK 74602.

Tombstone pictures, if available in current database are $10 – if a trip to the cemetery is required, additional charges will apply. Additional information is available in the
Online records section - Kay County Oklahoma Records – How and where to obtain them
Questions must be specific and persons should include as much information as possible when asking for help, including what resources you have already checked.
